Respected Sir, My son is 2 years old, can he get admission in LKG school (CBSE) of Tamil Nadu? If not then what is the minimum age required for admission in LKG? Please answer as soon as possible.

Minimum age required for a child to get admitted in any school in 3 years. How ever a child can be admitted below 3 years in a play school where he will learn how to get adjusted to school conditions in the later stages.
So, minimum age of LKG student is 4 years.

A child minimum age should be 3 years 8 months or 3 years 10 months as on 1st June of the academic session in order to take admission in LKG.

Right now your child will not get admission in any school of CBSE in Tamil Nadu for LKG. Its better for you to admit her in a play school because at the age of 2 or 2 and half year child should go to play school. After that you will be able to admit your child in a school for LKG class.

The minimum required age for admission in LKG is three years and six months as on the 1st of June of the year of the application. Only this age group children can seek admission to L.K.G at the CBSE (Central Board for Secondary Education) school.

So, your son is not eligible for admission in LKG at this time.

As per the rules the minimum age required to get admission in LKG is three and half years as your son's age is only 2 years hence he is not eligible to get admission at this age. Even to get admission in nursery class a candidate must have at least age of 3 years.
So you can get admission to him in a play school.

The minimum age required to get admission in lower LKG is minimum 3 and half years. Where as some schools of India also allow admission to the students of 3 complete years.

Basically there is no age criteria for admission in LKG.Minimum age required to get admission in LKG standard is "3.5 years".

The minimum age required to admission in LKG (CBSE Board) is 3 year. So your son is not eligible for the admission.
But you can admit him in play way school, there he will learn some basic tips and prepare to go for school.
