My child had to change her school in 9th class due to my husband's transfer in the month of December. what about her submission of her marks? What will happen if we transfer from one school to another in the middle? Do we need to repeat the same class again in the new school?

Yes, due to transfer from one school to another in the middle of the study one need to start again their study from the same class.
In order to change the school, write a proper application to your school principal and ask to provide migration certificate. You should also mention the valid reason for leaving the school.
All you need to carry few documents to get admission in new school.

1). migration certificate
2). Marksheet of previous class
3). Provisional certificate of previous class.

You have not mentioned whether the school is a government school or a private school.
If your child is studying in a government school and would transfer to another government school, all the actions would be taken according to the CBSE rules and regulations.

It depends on the situation that the students have to repeat the class or they can continue their studies from different School also. If there is a valid reason and if some months are passed away in that case candidate an continue their studies in between, but if 80% of the classes are done and only examination is left, in that case you have to repeat from the same class.

Is it compulsory to produce the transfer certificate to change one school from other school??
