Suppose that if i do my 2nd puc in board of higher secondary education board , i will be eligible to take admission in any college of karnataka

BHSE is a recognized board of education in India and you will be definitely eligible for admission in any approved colleges in Karnataka. Hence, don't worry and apply for admission in Karnataka.

You must have a very good academic record for getting admission in top colleges because many colleges give admission on the basis of your marks in board examination. Some colleges also have entrance examination for admission and one needs to apply for the entrance exam and get good rank in it for admission into top college of your choice.

If you are domiciled outside Karnataka, then you will be under outside state category. There are limited seats for outside state candidates in colleges functioning under Karnataka State government.
