I have completed B.COM this year so can i apply for PCS exam

I am 21 year old and i will complet B.COM this year
please advise me How can i apply for PCS exam and give the complet enformatiom acording to PCS.

You are eligible for PCS exam after B.com

PCS exam eligibility;-

1-you must be passed a graduation degree from a recognized university/Appearing candidates are also eligible.

2-There is no percentage requirement.

3-You must be Indian citizen.

4-Age limit is 21-30 years. Age relaxation is given to reserved category students.

5-You must be physically as well as mentally fit.

To apply to the UPSC Civil services exams you need to ahve the below qualifications:

Education: Graduation pass in any stream from a recognized university
No minimum percentage of marks is required in Graduation

Age- Minimum 21 years
Maximum 30 years
OBC can apply till 33 years
SC/ST can apply till 35 years

Attempts/Chances: UPSC has also fixed number of attempts
General- 4 times
OBC-7 times
SC/ST-No Restrictions

Next Prelims Exams would be held on 26th May 2013
You can fill the forms till 4th april 2013
