How to take admission in M.Tech after doing MSc IT in distance mode


hello sir,
good evenig
i want to know that is it possible to take admission in M.Tech after doing M.Sc(IT) in distance modfrom PTU. And i also want to know that is PTU,Jalandhar is Recognisied by UGC,AICTE.if not than what effectes on degree plz suggest me. I did deep serch on net but answers are much confusious some answer are in favoure of it or some r not.
