Yes, you are eligible to join to M.Tech in CSE or related subjects. Admission to the course is done through entrance exams like GATE. GATE is usually conducted in the month of February. There is no age limitation to apply for GATE. Qualified candidates in GATE are allotted with colleges through a centralized counseling process
