Default Re: How many seats are there for B.Com?

B.Com stands for Bachelor of Commerce. This is a 3 year Graduation course being offered by many of the colleges in India.

The minimum academic qualification that is required for the candidates to get admission for this course is by completion of 12th class with any of the following subjects
Commerce
Economics
Civics etc.

The minimum percentage of marks that are required for the candidates in 10+2 is 50% of marks.

The candidates no need to give Entrance Exam to join this course.

One can get direct admission for this course.

It is not possible to join this course directly in the second year as there is no lateral entry scheme to join this course.

Irrespective of the previous academic qualification, all the candidates who have opted for this course will have to go across 3 years of academic subjects to complete this course.

However if you have completed your 1st year of B.Com course in one college, you can continue it from the other college from the 2nd year.

In order to change to other college, it is must that the other college should have vacant seats.

The vacant seats will exist only when all the seats are not fulfilled or else some candidates may skip in the middle.

Wish you all the best.
