my aieee rank in obc is 17431 can i get nit college otherwise in which good govt. college i can take admission

I m getting 86 marks in aieee.i m belongs to obc category. i m included creamy layer.will i get obc reservation and whch nit will i get (calicut,trichy,surathkal)

i got 126 marks in aieee and my ranks are op:63000, obc:15000, state op:9000, state obc:2000. i belong to non creamy layer. so tell me any good engineering colleges to join. will i get any nit. plzzzzzzzzzzzz sir hell me out. im very confused...
