Reservation for EX-serviceman in ARO exam?


As we know that there always remain few seats reserved for govt. exams but still am not sure about it and want to know the Number of seats reserved for Ex-service man in ARO Exam Reservation for EX-service Man

Hey friend,

ARO - Assistant Review Officer

This exam is conducted for candidate to join in as a Assistant Review Officer,the duration for the exam is 3 years and there are certain criteria's which are needed to be satisfied in order to apply for the exam.

~ The candidate appearing for the exam must have a Citizenship in India.

~ The age limit needed for the exam is that the candidate must have 21-35 years.

~ To tell about the education qualification needed for the ARO Exam is that the candidate must have completed a Degree from a recognized university with a fair percentage.


If you are going to satisfy all these criteria for the exam then you can apply for the exam and the procedure for the exam is that yous should get a bank DD in favor of the Registrar of Allahabad High Court as fees for examination. The DD should be drawn from a Nationalized Bank.

The candidate is selected for the post through 3 stages:

> Preliminary Exam
> Main Exam
> Computer Test

Review officer Paper I syllabus :

1.General Science,
2. History of India,
3. Indian National Movement,
4. Indian Polity, Economy & Culture,
5. Indian Agriculture, Commerce and Trade.
6. Population, Ecology and Urbanisation (in India Context)
7. World Geography and Geography and Natural Resources of India.
8. Current National and International Important Events.
9. General Intelligentsia.
10. Special Knowledge regarding Education, Culture, Agriculture, Industry Trade, Living & Social Traditions of Uttar Pradesh.

Paper 2 Syllabus of review officer exam 2013

1. Opposites
2. Sentence and Correction in framing
3. One word for several words
4. Same usage and same nature words
5. A Noun as Defined by an adjective & an adjectives
6. Synonymous words
