ex service men do not have any reservation as according to ranks are concerned i don't have any idea about the fee structure where you have an chance to get a scholarship type

Hi Mohan,

There is no such reservation policy for Ex-service man in IIT JEE i.e you were talking about CAP quota. These cap quota are only eligible for state counselling i.e state exams like EAMCET, WBJEE, OJEE etc.

And this time or i would say next year there is not IIT JEE exam. IIT JEE and AIEEE has been clubbed with each other and named it as JEE.Eligibility and education qualification will be same as what last year's of IIT and AIEEE. DOB i.e Date of birth should falls on or after 1988 are only eligible.

For SC/ST/PD candidates upper age limits is been relaxed by 5 years i.e who were born on or after 1983 are eligible.

Further more Candidates who have passed 12th in 2011 and 2012 are only eligible for JEE 2013. Candidates who have passed 12th in 2010 and gonna pass in 2014 are not eligible for JEE 2013.Number of Attempts are allowed only 3 times.

IIT Reservation

There is no qouta for EX-Serviceman ward in IIT.

There are only minority reservation present in IIT.




There is purely one more college for EX-Serviceman ward i.e is AIT

Sorry to inform you that there is no reservation quata for ex-servicemen in IIT's.

To get admission you must have to clear the enterance exam called Joint Entrance Exam ( JEE ) , And get sufficient rank to get in to IIT.

It's all about JEE Rank to get admission in to IIT.
