To be eligible to appear for the JEE Advance examination, you need to follow the steps mentioned below :-

1. First, you need to complete your 12th standard and then, you need to appear for the JEE Main examination.

2. You need to qualify the JEE Main examination and you must be in the top 1,50,000 rank of the JEE Main examination to be eligible to appear for the JEE Advance examination.

3. You must be in the top 20 percentile of the higher scorers of your 12th board final examinations.

4. You must have secured at least 75% (for General/OBC) or 70% (for SC/ST) marks of aggregate in your 12th standard final examinations to be eligible to appear for the JEE Advance examination.

If you satisfy all the above mentioned conditions, then, you are eligible to appear for the JEE Advance examination. Maximum number of attempts is two to appear for JEE Advance examination.
