Suppose in 2015- Manipal entrance rank 5009 and i have scored 141/200 in 2015 All India Entrance test.
Is there any chance for second counseling? up to what rank can expect?

It's good to see that you are interested to get admission in Manipal University. The cut off marks required for ENAT entrance exam is differs from year to year.
