The aspirant should score more than 80% marks in 10+2 in Physics/Chemistry/Biology/English subjects. The marks scored in 10+2 are important to get MBBS admission in abroad countries. Apart from this the aspirant should clear the English proficiency test like TOEFL or IELTS for the admission.
