but i got 66 in physics and 79 in math, chemistry 38with practical

I SECURED STATE LEVEL RANK OF <1000 IN AIEEE 2011.
BUT TO MY SURPRISE I COULD NOT CLEAR MATHS IN CBSE2011.AM I ELIGIBILE FOR FIRST ROUND OF COUNSELLING OR
SHOULD I WAIT FOR MY CBSE COMPARTMENTAL TO COME OUT?
