Private companies offering recruitment for a candidate who has secured 46% in 10th, 65.6% in 12th and 60.4% in B.Tech(EEE) but having a gap between 10th and 12th?


Sir/Mam,
Please tell me about the private companies where I am eligible to get job. My qualification is-
10th with 46.5%,
12th with 65.6%, and
B.Tech(EEE) with 60.4%.
I have a gap between 10th and 12th of 1 year.

As per your marks criteria you are not eligible for Private companies.

Eligibility criteria for placement:-

Required percentage of marks throughout the studies for Companies is 60%.

You should not have any pending backlog.

Candidates having more than two years gap throughout the studies are not eligible for companies recruitment.

First complete some certification course then you can apply for some small companies. Because MNC companies recruit only B.E, B.Tech, MCA candidates. Some time B.Sc in CS, IT and Mathematics and BCA candidates can apply. So after getting 2 to 3 years experience, you can apply for MNC companies. But your through study marks must be above 50% and you should not have any pending backlog.

Since, you have very good percentage in your 12th as well as bachelor's degree but you are lagging behind in your 10th standard and this is one of the weak point in your career. So, based on the current status none of the company will consider you for the walk-in, so you need to apply through job finding website like Monster.com as these website will refer to you to those companies that will satisfy your criteria to them.
