I have 65% marks in BE, 56% in 12th & 70% in 10th

It's pretty much tough to get a job in IT MNC companies if the candidate have less than 60% marks throughout studies. The common eligibility criteria which the company looks for while coming to on-campus or off-campus placements is as follows,

-> Good technical and communication skills.

-> No current backlogs.

-> 60% above marks throughout studies i.e 10th, 12th and UG/PG degree.

Reason for the IT companies to set 60% above marks is nothing but they want to avoid too much of crowd coming in for the selection process. Do not worry there are many small scale and startup companies available who take in candidates based on there skills and talents and not just by marks. Try to find those companies and apply for them.
