I lost my CET Hall Ticket and Registration Card. How to apply for getting a duplicate copy of both?


I failed my 2nd PUC in the year 2015. This year aging I am appearing for the 2nd PUC exam and CET exam. However, I lost my CET hall ticket and my registration card. How should I apply for a duplicate copy for both the Hall Ticket and the Registration Card?
