Concession in Kotak Mahindra Bank Education Loan for an OBC student?

Sir, I am an OBC student. I am preparing for BITSAT. I am studying in 12th. I don’t want to depend fully on scholarship. I need to get loan for my education i.e.; during BTech. So, what concession I get as I came under OBC category if I apply for an education loan in Kotak Mahindra Bank?

Banks don't provide any concession based on your category. They will only provide subsidy in interest to economically weaker sections, which is a central government scheme.

If you belong to financially weaker family, then you need to have a proof of income certificate, to claim the subsidy on your education loan.

There is no any type of concession in Kotak Mahindra Bank Education Loan for an OBC student. Kotak Mahindra Bank gives 0.50% concession to girl students. Relaxation in eligibility criteria and margin is applicable relaxed for SC/ST students.
