Hello,

Firstly, You should have taken a xerox copy with you.



Now, Don't worry! You just have to Follow Certain Procedures as in:

• Send an application to the nearest IIT including your name and address writing that you need the application number.
• They will provide you the same within 15 days.
• Wait For your Admit card to Reach you once they are Dispatched!
