sir i am 12th appear i want cs foundation plz tell me abuour fee?..please tell me the answer

You can either purchase Company Secretary registration form from ICSI regional offices
or you can register for the course online through http://www.icsi.in/.

If you apply online then you can pay the registration fee through Credit Card/Debit Card/Demand Draft.

The registration fee for the course is Rs.3600/-.
The examination fee is Rs.875/-

If you register for the course by 30th September then you can apply for June term
examination of 2013.

So you should apply before this cut off date so that you no more time is wasted.

CS - COMPANY SECRETARY course managed and conducted by ICSI(Institute of Company Secretary of India) is a correspondence course and can be taken any time of a year.

The CS course is divided in to three parts:-

-FOUNDATION PROGRAM
-EXECUTIVE PROGRAM
-PROFESSIONAL PROGRAM

The candidate having completed 12th in any stream is eligible for Foundation Program.

For Foundation Program you have to register with ICSI by submitting the registration fees for Rs.3600.00 with examination fees for Rs.875.00.

For June term exam one has to register by 30th September accordingly if you register yourself by 30th September 2012 then you can appear for June 2013 exam.

A pass at the 10 + 2 (Senior secondary/intermediate) examination of a Board/University recognised by the Central Government or State Government.

The main/final examinations for the CS FP level are conducted twice every year generally on specified dates which do not change, except under extraordinary circumstances.

Company Secretary (CS) is a professional course which is conducted by a national professional body named The Institute of Company Secretary of India (ICSI), New Delhi.

ICSI provides admission to Company Secretary course at three different level and of course you can join course right after completing 10+2.

10+2 candidates are eligible to join Foundation Programme of CS course provided they have completed 10+2 or equivalent examination except fine arts.
Fee for foundation programme is Rs. 3600 at the time of registration and Rs. 800 as examination fee.

Duration of CS Foundation course is of 8 months. After completing foundation programme the candidate is required to qualify Executive and Professional programme for which fee is Rs. 7000 and Rs. 7500 respectively.

One can also opt for Oral Coaching classes which is provided by the institute ate accredited centres with additional fee.
