How to take admission in government college after scoring 50000 AIR in AIEEE exam?


I have got 50000 A I R rank in AIEEE 2012 EXAM. I want admission in govt. college of Haryana.
I am outside candidate of Haryana State.Is there outside quota for admission in Govy. college in Haryana? If yes, how should i apply ? please let me know.

AIR 50000 is low rank to get Govt. college in AIEEE.
If you have any quota then it may be easy othewise go for following colleges,may you get in AIEEE counselling.:
-NIT,SILCHAR
-NIT,SRINAGAR
-TEZPUR UNIVERSITY
etc.
Try your luck at counselling.
