completed mca mphil with good results which one is best whether Mtech or PHD WHether MTech is equal to phd

Want to do mtech after MCA. Graduation was in Chemistry. Want to do Mtech in chemical engineering or environmental science. Is it possible?

If you are a M.phil student then you should go for p.hd because you can study more in a specific course.P.hd is the advance course of M.phil. You have not to face any entrance text you can directly take admission in P.hd. M.tech is not equal to P.hd.

i have complted b level from doeacc,,,can i do now phd through distance mode??

I have done MCA from sikkim manipal university in distance education. I want to do Phd. in Computer science. So,after MCA in distance mode can I pursue my career for PHD in computer science or I'll have to do M.TECH first then I can pursue Phd.(since in distance education). Also I want to know the college name for distance education.
