M.ED through distance mode under Alagappa university is a non semester programme follows two session calender year session and academic year session.

Last date of admission(calender year session ) : 15th march every year.
Last date of admission(academic year session): 15th october every year

Fees : 600 per student per year.

The candidate may seek admission either directly to the University or through any one of the approved Study Centres. The list of Approved Study Centres is given in the Website www.alagappauniversity.ac.in.

If the candidates enroll directly with the University, the Course Materials shall be directly sent to them and they have to attend the Contact Classes and Examinations at Karaikudi only.

If candidates enroll through Study Centres, the Course Materials shall be sent through the Study Centres and they have to attend the Contact Classes arranged by the Study Centres at their places.

Hi,m.tech is totally different in syllabus as well as the scope.later course different in values as well as in getting job.

M.ed is a 1 year course inalagappa university.

I am a teacher with 65% in my b.ed. and want to apply for M.ed through distance education as i am working as a teacher and also want to do my further studies without leaving my job.Is there any entrance exam for the M.ed and what subject do i have to prepare for the entrance test if any.kindly also suggest me any reference book to prepare myself for the entrance for m.ed in alagappa university.for the final examinations do i have to sit for the exams in kariakudi or it can be possible in delhi also?

can the students of ap take m.ed. distance mode in alagappa university? duration of m ed distance mode in all other univesities is two years whereas it is one year in alagappa. does the course has the same value and recognition of ugc? what is the fee structure?
