Hello Sir, I had 2 backlogs in my BTech but now I have successfully graduated. I have also scored 7 bands in IELTS. I want to know if I am eligible for a Visa for doing MS(Transportation Management) at New York University? Please let me know about this as soon as possible. Thank you!

To study MS Zin New York , You must have a Tier 4 visa. Tier 4 is the Points Based System so to be granted for Tier 4 immigration permission you have to score 40 points.
