Hi Sir, can I apply for the TOEFL test? I am studying in 12th NIOS with Commerce and my wish is to complete my undergraduate course overseas. So, TOEFL is the way for me? I want to know my eligibility and what is TOEFL actually?

It will be very tough now for you to be able to get admission and to get admission for the undergraduate course abroad is a very tough thing as you will need to clear the TOEFL examination.
Once you have done that you will be able to choose your college on the basis of the marks you have obtained in these two examinations.
in general no scholarship provided to the students and a field that is on the very high side when compared to engineering course there will be commanded form as the tuition fee for the course.
Otherwise there will be no problem on the front that you are a NIOS student.
