How can I study Robotics in Japan being a BE CSE student?


Respected Sir/Madam, I am pursuing my BE in CSE stream.I want to study Robotics in Japan. I went to many consultant companies here and they said I am not having that much level of education to get admission there for this particular course. They also said the success rate is low and I have to learn Japanese language. Please tell me what I can do?
