Do we require to pass any exam or undergo any special training in order to practice in US after doing MBBS and MD/MS in India? if yes what are the prospects for Indian doctors in USA?

Yes, you are absolutely correct. You need to pass the screening exam which is USMLE in order to practice in USA after completion of your degree in India. However, apart from the screening exam, there can be additional interview taken and certification asked by the healthcare companies before providing you employment opportunity.
