Possibility to appear in 2nd MATE in USA/Brazil/Canada for an Admin Officer with sea-time of 45 months?
Dear friends, I am an Admin Officer holding Indian CDC(Purser), with sea-time of more than 45 Months only as Admin Officer(all vessels are in oil Tankers & more that 500 GRT). Kindly assist regarding possibility for giving 2nd MATE in USA/Brazil/Canada?
