Hello sir, my name is ravi nd i'm sailing as AB nd i have 38 months of sea xperiance what r the chances 4me to give 2nd mate exams .

i am 12th passed and S.Y.B.A also complited and my 19 months sea service and i want to give an exam for 4th eng. Can u halp me? What i do?
