Possibility to appear in 2nd MATE in UK/Australia/Newzealand/Srilanka for an Admin Officer with seatime of 42 months?


Dear Friends,
I am K.Balachandar, Admin Officer holding Indian CDC(Purser), with seatime of more than 42 Months only as Admin Officer (all vessels are in oil Tankers & more that 500 GRT). Kindly assist regarding possibility for giving 2nd MATE in UK/Australia/Newzealand/Srilanka?
