I passed 12th(non medical) in 2019 with 54% in core subjects (PCM & English)and over all 61%(including language) and 6 each band in IELTS (in India) my aim is to go Australia . please tell what I do?

Minimum of 60% in 12th grade is required to pursue bachelor's BSc and other UG programs provided at Universities and colleges in Australia.
Student with the percentage less than 60 can apply for diploma and foundation courses where the required minimum percentage is slightly lower.

For admission to diploma course, they must have atleast 60% marks and for bachelor's degree they must have 70 % atleast to get eligible for admission.

Is it possible to get an Australian study visa with a low percentage?

To get Admission to one of the reputed Universities of Australia, you must have at least a 70% Score. For average Universities, you need a 55% score. That's why you are not eligible to do a master's in Reputed Universities with this Score.

You need other documents like CV, Letter of Recommendation to get admission in Australian University.

Is it possible get Australian study visa with low percentage?

The candidate needs a minimum 60% marks to get admission in the university of Australia. And tk get admission in top level college, you need minimum 70% marks.
