I am pakistani i got study visa for Kuwait, these days completing requirements but as once again there has been a ban on visas for pakistanis so can one enter into Kuwait having a fresh visa?

As of March 8, 2023, the Government of Kuwait has imposed a ban on issuing new visas to Pakistani nationals. This ban is in effect until further notice.
