Admission is given to students who want to study via the Online Procedure.
It is only after you are formally selected and all the necessary details are finalized that a student has to go to the University.
You have not provided the information about whether you want join the Universities of Abroad as a Post Graduate level or the Under Graduate level.
The procedure is different for both the courses.
But it is best for you if you go Abroad for the Post Graduate Course over the Under Graduate Course.

So the process of getting yourself admitted into the Post Graduate Course is simple and you will have to score nicely in the GRE and TOEFL Examination.
If you are able to crack both the Examination then you will be given a list from where you will have to choose the University name and the course you want to avail.
There will be a personal Interview that will be conducted mainly done over Skype Calling.
The questions will generally be on the Domain Knowledge of the Course on which you have studied your Under Graduate Course.
If you are good during the Interview then you may be given a Scholarship.
It will be best for you if you can get a Full Scholarship for the Course as it will then help you with your finances and you will be able to get your Maters Degree done without too much cost.
