The Catholic Syrian Bank Limited has called for applications from eligible candidates for Junior Management Officer cadre vacancies and the details regarding the notifications are given below:

Name of the Vacancy: Junior Management Officer

Number of Vacancies: 230

Period of Probation: One year

Pay Scale: During the probationary period, candidates will be given emoluments on CTC basis, which comes to Rs.3 lakh to Rs.4 lakh per annum, on the basis of place of posting. On successful completion of probationary period, candidates will be appointed as Junior Management Officer and they will be under variable pay scale based on their performance.

Eligibility requirements:

Educational qualification: Candidates can either be graduates in the field of science and engineering with minimum 60% of marks or they can be graduates in arts, commerce or any other stream with not less than 55% of marks.

Age Requirement: Upper age limit to apply for the position is 28 years as on 30th June 2011, which means that candidates must be born between 01st of July 1983 and 30th of June 1993. Relaxation of five years on upper age limit is applicable to SC/ST candidates and for candidates with less than three years of banking experience, upper age limit is 30 years.

Selection Procedure:

Selection of candidates will be based on their performance in written test/skill test followed by interview. Candidates getting through the written/skill test will only be called for interview. The written test is fixed to be conducted on 25th of September 2011 between 9:30 am and 12:00 pm. Application fee:

The fee applicable for general category candidates is Rs.200 (SC/ST candidates is Rs.50). The fee can be paid in any branch of Catholic Syrian Bank by downloading the fee payment challan from the website of the bank and the amount should be paid to account number 0231-2805353-195002 with College Road branch of the bank at Thrissur. Even fee can be paid to the account by NEFT from any other banks in India and in this case, candidates will have to submit the counterfoil of NEFT challan during written test.

How to apply:

Candidates fulfilling the eligibility requirements, will have to apply online through the website of the bank at http://203.197.151.40:789/Application2011.aspx?p=MO11 between 3rd August and 16th of August 2011. Once application is made online, the system generated print out should be kept by the candidates for future reference and no other means of application will be accepted.
