Lower Division Clerk - Sports Authority of India (SAI)
The Sports Authority of India (SAI) was established as a successor organization of the IXth Asian Games held in New Delhi in 1982. The primary objective of SAI is to promote Sports and Games as detailed in the Resolution No. 1-1/83/SAI dated 25th January 1984 of the Department of Sports, Govt. of India.
SAI also has the responsibility of maintaining and using five Stadia in Delhi which were constructed/ renovated for the IX Asian Games held in New Delhi in 1982. SAI became a “Deemed University” in September 1995.
Job Profile:
Sports Authority of India (SAI) invites application from qualified Indian citizens for the post of Lower Division Clerk.

Pay Scale – Rs. 5200 - 20200 + GP of Rs. 1900
Eligibility:
Age criteria – The minimum age limit is 18 yrs and the maximum age limit is 27 yrs (Relaxable as per rules).
Educational qualification – The candidates must have must have passed 12th class or equivalent from a recognized Board or University. They must have passed type-writing test in English with minimum speed of 35 wpm or in Hindi with a minimum speed of 30 wpm on Computer.
Selection Process:
The mode of selection is through objective type written test and skill test in typing.

Application fee:
Demand draft of Rs. 500 must be drawn in favor of Secretary, Sports Authority of India, payable at New Delhi. There is no fee for SC/ ST/ Ex-Servicemen/ Physically challenged and women candidates.
