The seed for Lyallpur Khalsa College for Women was sown in the year 1960 as a separate section for girls in the Lyallpur Khalsa College. At present, the section has grown as prestigious, independent and full-fledged institution with affiliation from the Guru Nanak Dev University located in the city of Amritsar. The college has earned accreditation from the National Assessment and Accreditation Council with A+ status in the year 2004.

How to apply:

Candidates can get the application form along with prospectus from the office of the college. Duly filled in application along with copies of university/board registration card, inter-university migration certificate (for candidates who have completed their UG course from any other university other than GNDU), character certificate from the head of the previous institution, certificate of the qualifying examination and eligibility certificate. The college will send interview card to shortlisted candidates and candidates will have to appear for interview with the principal of the college on the specified date and time mentioned in the interview call letter.
