A Pharmacist is a medical Professional, who dispense medicines to patient as per the prescription of a doctor. For doing this job, pharmacist should possess an in-depth knowledge of the chemistry of different drugs and their reactions on human body. Pharmacist should also possess the knowledge of educating the patients on how to take the medication prescribed by the doctor. To take up such a profession of Pharmacist, pharmacy courses are offered by many colleges in the state of Punjab. Pharmacy colleges in the state strive to offer the best education to the aspiring candidates in such a way that they can shine in the field of pharmacy and can become successful pharmacists.

Pharmacy colleges in Punjab offer pharmacy courses at different levels of education like diploma in pharmacy, Bachelor of Pharmacy, Master of Pharmacy and even some colleges offers Pharm. D Post Baccalaureate course as well. Admission capacity for Pharmacy courses differ from one college to another on the basis of the approval of the Pharmacy Council of India, AICTE and affiliating university. However, most of the colleges have an admission capacity of either 30 students or 60 students for the Diploma and Bachelor of Pharmacy courses.

    what is time required per day in college for d pharmacy?in either private or government colleges. what is the fees for d-pharmacy.for both regular and non-regular admission for d-pharmacy in government colleges. for punjab only will i get licence automatically for medical after two years
