The selection step consists of an initial screening process of the number of applications submitted for this post. Candidate’s selection will mainly depend on the total score attained in “IBPS Common Written Examination” held in March, 2012. It is compulsory for candidates to attain a score of 115 or above (109 score for SC/ST/PWD candidates) in IBPS CWE so as to get qualified for this post. Section wise cutoff score in IBPS CWE is specified for Marketing Officer (Scale II) post which is as follows –

A merit list of candidates on the basis of IBPS CWE score card will be prepared and published in the bank official website. Candidates who come under this list can go in for a Group Discussion first followed by a Personal Interview. P.I round performance is assessed and final selection process is completed accordingly.
