Admission Procedure for MDS in Karnataka

Admission to the course is carried out on the basis of scores obtained in common entrance exam conducted by The Consortium of Medical Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK). Post Graduate Entrance Test will contain objective type multiple choice questions. There will be a maximum of 180 questions. Each question carries one mark. Candidates can expect graduate level questions in this exam. Maximum time allotted for this exam is 3 hours. There will be no negative marking in this test.
Candidates who have cleared the entrance exam will be short listed as per their ranking for counseling. Final selection will be based on the performance in personal interview and marks obtained in qualifying exam.
