Wainaganga Krishna Gramin Bank was established on 15th December 2008 with an authorized capital of Rs. 500.00 lakhs and a paid up capital of Rs. 400.00 lakhs. The bank was actually formed by combining three banks - Chandrapur, Solapur Gramin Bank, Wainganga Kshetriya Gramin Bank, and Solapur and Ratnagiri-Sindhudurg Gramin Bank. The primary aims of the Bank are to progress rural economy and semi-urban/urban economy by offering financial and other support. The bank offers extensive financial support for agriculture, industry, trade, commerce, and other productive activities. The bank also offers  timely credit and other financial support for employment opportunities in the villages and small towns.

Eligibility:

Age criteria – The minimum age limit is 18 yrs and the maximum age limit is 28 yrs. (Relaxable as per rules)

Educational qualification – Candidates must have done Bachelor degree or its equivalent in one of the disciplines listed in the bank’s website from a recognized University. Proficiency in Marathi is essential. Knowledge of computers is desirable.
