Vacancies of Professor are available in the Department of Chemistry, Geology & Geo Physics and Phsyics.

1. Recruitment of Professor:
Educational Qualification: Candidates should be an eminent scholar with Ph.D. degree in the concerned discipline. Candidates should also possess minimum 10 years of teaching or research experience in the university or college.
Pay Scale: Rs. 37400-67000 with a Grade Pay of Rs. 10000.

Vacancies of Associate Professor are available in the Department of Electronics & Instrumentation Technology.

2. Recruitment of Associate Professor:
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess a good academic record with Ph.D degree in the concerned discipline. Candidates should have secured minimum 55% marks in aggregate ate Master’s degree level. Minimum 8 years of experience is also need to be possessed by the candidates.
Pay Scale: Rs. 37400-67000 with a Grade Pay of Rs. 9000.

3. Recruitment of Joint Registrar:
Educational Qualification: Master’s degree or equivalent from a recognized institute or university. Candidates should have secured minimum 60% marks in aggregate. Besides this, minimum 12 years of experience in the relevant field is also required to be possessed by the candidates.
Pay Scale: Rs. 37400-67000 with a Grade Pay of Rs. 8900.

Vacancies of Placement Officer are available in the North Campus, Baramulla.

4. Recruitment of Placement Officer:
Educational Qualification: Interested candidates should have a good academic record with minimum 55% marks in aggregate or equivalent at M.Tech degree in Computer Science & Engineering from a recognized institute or university.
Pay Scale: Rs. 15600-39100 with a Grade Pay of Rs. 6000.

Selection Process:

Selection of eligible or shortlisted canidates will be made through the conduct of a Personal Interview Test. Candidates will have to perform well in the interview test for securing their selection on their desired position.
