I'm a student of NIT Srinagar persuing B.Tech. in CSE branch.I want to know about winter internship in IITs,preferably IIT Delhi.Is there any chance for winter internship in IITs?

You need to write to different professor in different IITs.
Before you write to them you should have good knowledge about the professor.
Professor information is available on respective IIT site.

Most professor like if candidate is clear about what he want to do.
Try to think on what you want to do and then write to him/her about the same.
If he/she finds it interesting. you would be given a call for internship
