Job Profile: The candidate should be proficient in formulating effective debt recovery mechanisms for ensuring timely receipt of money from customers. He should take legal actions for handling critical recovery cases or suing defaulters. He should be expertise in identifying & networking with clients of company.

He should review accounts to control recovery operations for delinquent customers and handling high value fraud cases & initiating appropriate legal actions for it. He must maintain healthy relationship with the clients and should achieve customer satisfaction. He should have problem solving and organizational abilities. He should formulate effective bad debt collection mechanisms for ensuring timely receipt of money from clients.

Educational Qualifications: The candidate must be B.Com or B.B.A or M.B.A for the required post. He must be an effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills.

Experience: The candidate must have 2 to 8 years of experience in recovery operations and handling key accounts.
