Company profile: BPCL is a joint venture of 4 reputed companies namely GAIL India Ltd, OIL, NRL and govt. of Assam and a public sector undertaking. It is a premier company for the production of polymers and other high quality chemicals. 

Job profile: The managers would be required to work in different departments like HR, Finance, Engineering, Procurement etc. They will be responsible for planning and execution of various activities and also to control the employees under them. They will be responsible for holding recruitments, procedures etc.

Eligibility: A candidate must nor exceed the age of 45 years. However, relaxation can be claimed as per the rules.

Educational Qualifications: For engineering deptt – A candidate must have a full time engineering degree in electrical/chemical/mechanical with a minimum experience of 13 years in the concerned area. For HR deptt – A candidate must have two years MBA in HR or a post graduate degree/diploma in HR with 13 years of minimum experience.

For finance deptt – A candidate must have an MBA in finance/CA/ICWA with 13 years of minimum experience.

For contract & procurement deptt – A candidate must have an engineering degree in mechanical/electrical/instrumentation or an MBA in material management with 13 years of minimum experience.

For company secretary: A candidate must be a CA/ICWA and must be a member of institute of company secretaries of India with minimum experience of 13 years.

No. of posts: There are 5 posts in total which includes 1 post in each deptt.

Pay scale: The Senior Managers will be given a pay scale of Rs32900-58000 plus the other usual allowances as per the rules.

Selection process: The candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance during the interview and their past record.
