Training activities comprise of personality development, resume writing, aptitude training, and training for group discussion. The placement cell of the institute is responsible to take care of all the placement activities. Placement activities mainly focus on personality and entrepreneurship development programs.

Training Activities in Nuva College of Engineering and Technology

Training cell of the college is provided with all infrastructures for proper functioning. Prospective students are trained throughout the year in order to make them capable for campus selection programmes. Activities are conducted for personality development and preparing students to face placement interviews. Training activities organized by Nuva College of Engineering and Technology includes the following:

• Final year students personal interview, aptitude test and group discussion conducted by Prakash Shesh Academy.
• Oxford Academy conducts program on personality development
• Octave Business School and Aspiring Minds conduct aptitude training
• Talent Bridge conducts resume writing training
• Times Institute prepare students for CAT, GRE along with providing aptitude training.
• Students wish to study abroad will be assisted by GEEBEE International Student Recruitment Organization.

Placement Activities in Nuva College of Engineering and Technology

Placement cell of Nuva College of Engineering and Technology conducts apprentice training and in-plant training. This activity is headed by experienced training and placement officer. Students will get assistance in career guidance and placement along with industries and business institutions. Students can develop company contacts while carrying on-the-job training and project works. Multinational and top companies visit Nuva College campus for selecting students from BE 7^th and 8^th semester and MCA 5^th and 6^th semester. Students will be given training in technical test, aptitude test, group discussions and interview for performing well in campus placements/selection. Experts from outside the college will conduct personality and entrepreneurship development programs. Placement process consists of the following;

• Companies will contact after 2 or 4 months from the completion of placement process
• Companies will provide job announcement forms
• Formal invitation will be send via email after studying
• Convenient time and date for selection process and PPT is fixed mutually
• Students are provided with the date of visiting along with data’s of job announcement form
• Eligible and interested students can apply online before a week from companies visit
• Applicants details are provided to the company and the company will re-confirm visiting date
• Company will finalize the selected candidates lists and it will announced
• A copy of offer letter signed by students are forwarded to concerned companies
