This company is mainly involved in the manufacturing of aircrafts and related communication equipments. Mr. Ashok Nayak is the Chairman of the company while Mr. P V Deshmukh is on the post of Managing Director. The companu was founded in the year 1940 but it took on its present name in the year 1964. Hindustan Aeronautics Limited built the first military aircraft in South Asia.
Job Profile:
Hindustan Aeronautics Limited is making recruitment on the various posts of Training Officer, Assistant Engineer and Technician. Only eligible and qualified PWD candidates are invited for applying on these specified posts.
Eligibility:
All the eligibility criterias are required to be met by the candidates in order to apply for the specified posts of Training Officer, Assistant Engineer and Technician. Eligibility criteria includes age limit, educational qualification and experience.
Educational Qualification:
Graduate Degree is required for the posts of Training Officer and Assistant Engineer (Computers). However, Diploma in Engineering is required for the posts of Technician in Hindustan Aeronautics Limited. Candidates should also possess some experience in the relevant field for all the posts specified above.

Training Officer: Only 2 posts are available.
Assistant Enginee (Computers): Only 1 post is available.
Technician (Fitter): Only 9 posts are available.
Technician (Moulder): Only 4 posts are available.
Technician (Grinder): Only 3 posts are available.
Pay Scale: Different salaries will be paid to the selected candidates depending on their respective or assigned posts. The salary will be given as per the Pay Bands under which the candidate’s post comes.
Selection Process:
Only a personal interview is required to be face by the eligible candidates. They will have to perform well in it in order to confirm their selection. Only selected applicants will be called for this personal interview test.
How to apply: Applications in the prescribed format and the attested copies of relevant certificates enclosed in an enevloep must be sent to the prescribed address before the last date for the submission of the application form. Candidates should do ordinary post only.

I worked for 14 years in HAL Koraput division for 14 1/2 years ie., from 12.04.1980 to 13/10/94 while leaving my designation was Personal secretary.
