Profile:

Punjab National Rural Health Mission was founded by Government of Punjab with the main objective of providing affordable and accountable health care services to the oeple residing in the state of Punjab. The main aim of the mission is to provide effective health care services to the poor and vulnerable sections of the population in rurla areas. The mission aims to undertake the correction of the health system to enable it to effectively handle increased allocations and service delivery in the country. Acheiving health indicators like IMR, MMR and TFR is also an important objective of the mission.
