1. Recruitment of Professor:
Educational Qualification: Ph.D. degree with atleast 60% marks in aggregate is required for the post.
Pay Scale: Rs. 37400-67000 + Grade Pay of Rs. 10000.

2. Recruitment of Assistant Professor:
Educational Qualification: Ph.D. degree with atleast 60% marks in aggregate is required for the post.
Pay Scale: Rs. 37400-67000 + Grade Pay of Rs. 9000.

3. Recruitment of Lecturer:
Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in Engineering with atleast 60% marks in aggregate is required for the post.
Pay Scale: Rs. 15600-39100 + Grade Pay of Rs. 6000.

Selection Process:

Selection process for the above specified posts of Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor in National Institute of Technology include a personal interview test with the selection committee on specified date.
