Uttaranchal Gramin Bank was established in the year 2006 on the 30th June under the section 3 of RRBs Act 1976 by grouping three Regional Rural Banks called Pithoragarh Kshetriya Gramin Bank, Alaknanda Gramin Bank and Ganga Yamuna Gramin Bank. The Head Office of the Bank is located at Dehradun. The bank operates in the districts of Champawat and Pithoragarh districts belonging to Kumaun Division of the state of Uttarakhand and Rudraprayag, Chamoli, Pauri, Haridwar, Uttarkashi, Tehri and Dehradun districts of Pithoragarh. The bank has third largest network of branches in Uttarakhand state after SBI and Punjab National Bank.

Eligibility:
Age criteria – The lower age limit of candidates applying for the post of Officer Scale –I in Uttaranchal Gramin Bank should be 18 years and upper age limit should be 28 years.
Educational qualification – The candidates must have a Degree from a recognized University in any discipline or its equivalent. Proficiency in Hindi and knowledge of computers are essential. Preference will be given to candidates having computer knowledge.

The selection process will be through written test and interview.
