Yes, it is possible to take education loan if you are studying part time BE in a private college. There is no condition as such that a student who is studying full time course can only opt for education loan. However, the bank will sanction education loan only if your institute is well recognized and reputed along with provision of good exposure facilities. You should also comply with the terms and conditions of the bank.
